Antecedents of Behavioral Intentions for Purchasing Hybrid Cars Using Sustainability Theory of Planned Behavior Integrated with UTAUT2

Hybrid cars were developed and are widely utilized in countries due to their sustainability advantages. However, developing seen underutilize this product where research showed that the economic, societal, environmental concerns considered by consumers. The current study aimed assess behavioral intentions for purchasing hybrid with use of an established new framework called theory planned behavior (STPB) integrated Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT2) model. A total 1048 valid respondents purposely gathered completely behavioral, technological, sustainable domains through structural equation modeling. From results, perceived economic authority support most significant factor indirectly affecting intention purchase cars, followed concern.
